NEW ITEMS : NOVELTY SCISSORS: three new novelty scissors a pineapple (half gold), an angel (gold) and a owl (half gold) SLIP-N-SNIP SCISSORS: a sharp point slip-n-snip (YC15065) has been added to the regular Slip-N-Snip (YC15063) and the Gold Handled Slip-N-Snip (YC15064). All fold up so they can be easily carried in your knitting bag. ROO PATTERNS: has added five new patterns to her line of children's sweaters. She now has a Chick Crew Neck; Cup Cake Roll Neck; Fire Truck Roll Neck; Bowling Crew Neck and Sea Turtle Vest. [You can see pictures of these sweaters at yarncraftsupplies.com.] MACATAWA PATTERNS: has added two new patterns to her line of patterns for 18" dolls. She has added a two new dresses: Lollipop Dress (144) and Licorice Dress (145). The Lollipop Dress was jointly designed with an 8 year old. [You can see pictures of these dresses at yarncratsupplies.com] CLOVER: introduced an interchangeable set in Long Beach. I will have a sample for you try. There is a very good join and the cord is similar to their circular needles. There are 12 tips ranging from US 3 (3.25 mm) to US 15 (10.0 mm). There are five (5) cords - 16 " (41 cm); 24" (61 cm); 29" (74 cm); 36" (91 cm) and 48" (120 cm). The set includes a nice carrying case. CHIAO GOO: introduced Metal Lace needles and metal double points. The Red Lace needles go from US 0 (2.00 mm) to US 11 (8.00 mm) in lengths of 16", 24", 32", 40", 47" and 60". There are similar to their regular Red Stainless Steel with the metal reinforced cord but with a more pointed tip to the needle. The Stainless Steel double points only come in 6" with needles ranging from US 0 (2.00 mm) through US 11 (8.00 mm). I am hoping to have three new stocking patterns available for the TNNA trade show along with some updates for the existing patterns. Make sure you watch the web site or come see them in Columbus. THE NATIONAL NEEDLEARTS ASSOCIATION (TNNA) trade show is Saturday June 11th through Monday June 13th at the Columbus Convention Center. I will be in booths 163 thru 263A, at the end of the first row. Floor plan is a little different this year so be ready for a few changes but make sure you come and visit.
